Refunds
As a general rule, I do not issue refunds once an order is confirmed and the payment is processed. This no-return policy is in place to maintain the integrity of my business operations and ensure fair practices for all customers.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact me within 10 days of receiving your order and I will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please provide picture or video evidence of the damaged or defective item to assist me in assessing and addressing the issue.
Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled by the purchaser once they have been confirmed and payment has been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Despite my best efforts to update stock levels in real-time, there may be instances where inaccuracies occur. In such cases, if an item you've ordered is not in stock, I reserve the right to cancel the order. I understand the inconvenience this may cause and will promptly notify you of the cancellation. In some instances, I may contact you prior to cancellation to discuss a time frame for the order to be fulfilled. Should you decide against this, a full refund for the affected item will be processed promptly.
